This is the event that put Girls Brunch on the map as the only empowerment dance party in Winnipeg!
Intentional Flow Circles
Where Bree sets the intention, and you bring the flow.
A sanctuary where you are heard, celebrated and loved for the beautiful human you are.
Traditional style workshops are great, but Bree has created this experience to be less about taking notes from “the expert” … and everything about embracing vulnerability, sharing openly, and growing together through collective experiences. Think of it as a deeper, more intimate sharing circle.
Intentional flow refers to a state where actions, thoughts, and energy are guided by clear purpose and mindfulness, while still allowing for natural ease and flexibility. It’s about blending purpose with presence, creating a balance between structure and spontaneity.
In this session think of Bree as your cheerleader, not your coach and she encourages: “Being vulnerable cracks you open so the light can shine through!”
Social Club
A monthly hangout designed for women who are craving fun, connection, and community beyond the Girls Brunch experience. Whether it be partaking in a yoga class, going to a rave, or doing a book club, it's all about participating in something fun to do together.
